Manager Arsène Wenger rotated goalkeepers, giving 20-year-old Wojciech Szczęsny 15 Premier League appearances, Łukasz Fabiański 14 appearances, and Manuel Almunia eight. Robin van Persie had his best season yet, scoring 22 goals in all competitions.
