N.E.C. was founded in 1910 in the Dutch city of Nijmegen. Since the 1960s, the club has played at the highest level in the Netherlands, although it has had to deal with some relegations. But the club played in the Eredivisie from 1995 to 2014, as it does now. N.E.C. also reached the final of the Dutch Cup four times, but unfortunately did not win it yet. At the beginning of this century the club played in this very stylish Puma jersey.
