Arsenal F.C and Nike provided beautiful away Jerseys in the 1990s. One of these beauties from the 90s is the Jersey from the 1995-1996 season. The team of Dennis Bergkamp, Ian Wright and Tony Adams finished 5th in the league that season.
The model and colours of the jersey are based on the 1994-1995 away shirt, the collar for example is very similar. This stunning Jersey is according to many fans one of the typical Jerseys that represent the 90s. The logo that Arsenal used from the mid '30s to the end of the '40s has been beautifully incorporated into the Jersey as a watermark. The logo on the chest was used by the Gunners from 1996 to 2002, after which the club presented the current logo.
The colours and the lightning bolt are again used in the third Jersey of the 2021-2022 season. In this Jersey the young stars of Arsenal, think of Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe and Kieran Tierney work on bringing Arsenal back to the highest level. Also, the Red used in the sleeves and collar of the 1995-1996 version has been subtly incorporated into the new model. This makes the jersey very distinctive and yet very inspired by the 90s model.
