The Lyon club played in this beautiful Adidas Jersey in the late 1980s. Lyon did have a not-so-good time during this period where it played out at the second highest level. In 1989, the club became champions, making it perform at the highest level again since then. Pascal Fugier broke through from youth into Lyon's first team in 1987. He played at the club until 1993 and made almost 200 appearances at the highest level during these years. Later, the defender played for Marseille, Rennais and Montpellier.
