Arsenal often played in navy blue away shirts in the 1960s, which is also common today. But in 1968 navy blue was banned because it looked too much like the black referee shirts. So from '68 Arsenal got their first yellow away shirt. Yellow was chosen because Arsenal played the FA Cup final in 1950 in yellow shirts (this was also Arsenal's first match in yellow). Meanwhile, there is a wide range of yellow classics in Arsenal's shirt history. This Jersey is one of the two Arsenal shirts with 'SEGA' on it, the other shirt is the away shirt from 01/02.
