In the late 90s there was a noteworthy delegation of Dutchmen in Barcelona. Barca was managed by the well-known coach Louis van Gaal, assisted by the then still young trainer Jose Mourinho. A second assistant to Van Gaal was the trainer of the Catalans, Ronald Koemen. Not the least Dutch players were present in the players' group either.
