Die Bayern was founded on 27 February 1900 and in the following century grew into a European top team. Bayern Munich played in this classic Adidas jersey in the early 90s. Approximately since the mid 80s, the domination of Bayern in Germany is a fact. The club celebrated 26 national championships since 1980. Strunz began his professional career in 1986 with MSV Duisburg. In 1989, he moved to FC Bayern Munich for three seasons. In his first season, he scored five goals in 20 matches. In his second spell at Bayern, from 1995 to 2000, he won the UEFA Cup, played the final of the Champions League. The 41-time international also celebrated the 1996 European Championship with his country.
