As always, Les Bleus played in a beautiful outfit in the 92 and 93. With coach Michel Plattini Les Bleus participated in the European Cup ’92, they were eliminated in the quarterfinals by the eventual winner of the tournament, namely Denmark. In '93, despite the talented players they had, France was unable to qualify for the 1994 World Cup. By one point, they finished third in the group behind Bulgaria and Sweden.
