Tottenham did not had the succes on the field in the 90s which the club has today. In '95and '96the club reached 8th and 10th place in the Premier League respectively. As you can see, the spurs already had a good clothingstyle. In the second half of the 1990s, the Spurs were supplied with Jerseys by the American brand Pony from New York. The name is an acronym for Product of New York and was founded by Uruguayan Roberto Muller with the help of Adidas president Horst Dassler.
