Gli Azzuri qualified for the 1996 World Cup in England in this exceptionally stylish Jersey. Their last World Cup appearance was in 1988, when they reached the semi-finals. Despite a star-studded team, the Italians were unable to achieve any great success in 1996. It was certainly not the fault of a bad Jersey. Legend Roberto Baggio undoubtedly has the most beautiful ponytail in the Italian fields and perhaps even beyond. He played for Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus, among others, and with the last two teams he became champion in Italy. In 2004, he ended his international career ar the national squad. In total he played 56 international matches in which he scored 27 goals for Gli Azzurri.
