In this clean Jersey from Lotto, the Swiss played in the 1996 European Championship in England. The Swiss succeeded, but unfortunately they were eliminated in the group stage by the host country and the Dutch. This matchworn Jersey has been in use by Switzerland's U21 team. The Jersey features the characteristics of a match shirt. The Swiss Youngsters, like the first team, unfortunately failed to qualify for a final tournament. The big success came only in 2002, when the Swiss youth players managed to reach the semi-finals of the U21 European Championship in their own country.
