Lazio Roma - I Biancocelesti
- Type: Scarf
In 1992 the club was taken over by businessman Sergio Cragnotti, with the aim of making Lazio an Italian top club that competed for the titles every year. Top players like Aron Winter, Favelli, Casiraghi and Boksic were brought to Rome. Lazio reached the top, but did not win any prizes. Later in the 1990s, names like Veron, Mihajlovic, Nedved and Mancini were added to the Lazio squad to win their second scudetto in history. With such names, Lazio managed to win big prizes, winning the Italian Super Cup and the European Cup II in the late 1990s. This also gave Lazio the opportunity to beat Manchester United in the 1999 European Super Cup. Finally, Lazio managed to celebrate their 2nd scudetto in 2000.
