Wolverhampton Wanderers’ 1991–92 season was their final campaign before the Premier League era, and they finished 11th in the Second Division with 64 points, staying mid‑table for most of the year. Managed by Graham Turner, Wolves exited the FA Cup in the third round to Nottingham Forest, the League Cup in the third round to Everton, and the Full Members’ Cup in the first round. The highlight was Steve Bull surpassing John Richards’ record to become the club’s all‑time leading goalscorer, netting 23 goals in all competitions (20 in the league). He was supported in attack by Andy Mutch (10 goals), while midfielders Paul Cook and Paul Birch added creativity and goals from deeper positions.
